Director of Housekeeping

Overview Four Seasons Hotel and Residences New Orleans is seeking a Director of Housekeeping to join our dynamic Rooms Division. This key leadership role will oversee housekeeping, laundry, and valet operations, inspiring and supporting a dedicated team to deliver genuine and consistently exceptional service. Responsibilities Lead and develop a high‑performing housekeeping team, holding standards of cleanliness, compliance, and accountability at the highest level. Oversee all housekeeping and laundry operations with a forward‑looking approach to planning, efficiency, and service excellence. Partner cross‑functionally to drive operational success, leveraging strong financial acumen to manage labor, budgets, and resources. Deliver exceptional guest service, confidently navigating complex situations and leading with professionalism through challenging conversations. Qualifications Passionate and motivated leader with excellent personal presentation and ability to lead a multi‑cultural team. Minimum 15 years of housekeeping experience in fast‑paced, high‑pressure, big‑box hotel environments with a minimum of 3 years in managerial or operational Rooms division management positions. Strategic, strong business acumen, high‑level communication and interpersonal skills. Bilingual in Spanish is preferred. Expectations A schedule based on operational needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
