Salary: $61,000 - 101,000 per year Requirements:

• We bring at least 5+ years of experience, or equivalent expertise, delivering products, projects, or technology applications, including blockchain platforms or infrastructure initiatives.
• We have proven experience building and scaling institutional products from inception through commercialization, along with client-facing exposure.
• We possess advanced knowledge of the product development lifecycle, design, and data analytics.
• We have demonstrated ability to lead product lifecycle activities, including discovery, ideation, strategic planning, requirements definition, and value management.
• We have prior experience working within a highly matrixed and complex organization.

• We drive the development of institutional digital asset infrastructure products from concept through launch.
• We define product strategy and shape a product vision that creates customer value.
• We lead discovery work and market research to identify customer solutions and incorporate them into the product roadmap.
• We own, maintain, and evolve the product backlog so development stays aligned with the strategic roadmap and value proposition.
• We establish the framework for and monitor key product success metrics, including cost, features and functionality, risk posture, and reliability.
