Our award-winning State Farm agency in Atlanta is looking for a motivated, bilingual Insurance Sales Representative to join our team. We are seeking someone who enjoys helping people, building relationships, and turning customer needs into effective insurance solutions.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced sales professional who wants to build a rewarding career in insurance. Insurance experience and licensing are preferred, but motivated candidates with a strong sales background are encouraged to apply.

$45,000–$75,000 total compensation, including base salary, commissions, and bonuses

Generate leads, schedule appointments, and follow up with prospective customers

Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products and services

Build and maintain strong customer relationships

Educate customers about coverage options, eligibility, and policy benefits

Assist with policy changes, transfers, billing questions, and claim-related inquiries

Meet or exceed established sales goals and performance expectations

Provide professional, responsive, and friendly customer service

Fluent in both Spanish and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers in both languages

At least 4 years of sales experience, including inside sales, outside sales, retail sales, account management, or a related sales role

Demonstrated success meeting sales goals, quotas, or performance targets

Active insurance license preferred

Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health licenses preferred

Must be willing and able to obtain the required insurance license(s)

Strong communication, listening, and relationship-building skills

Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable managing multiple priorities

Customer-focused with a professional and positive attitude
