Senior ServiceNow Technical Consultant / Developer in Committed CapacityThe Senior ServiceNow Technical Consultant / Developer in Committed Capacity is responsible for executing complex development tasks, providing mentorship to junior staff, and contributing to the technical strategy of one or more client accounts. This role requires deep technical knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and the ability to work independently or collaboratively to deliver high-quality solutions that align with best practices.Requirements:Minimum of 2 years of ServiceNow experienceExperience working for a ServiceNow Partner- good to have but not a requirementCertified System Administrator (CSA)Certified Application Developer (CAD)2+ additional CIS certifications5+ micro-certificationsStrong understanding of multiple ServiceNow modules and scriptingAbility to work independently and collaborativelyDemonstrated ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal teamsLed or contributed significantly to 2 or more client implementations or sustained support effortsStrong problem-solving / troubleshooting skillset with a proven record of successResponsibilities:Develop and configure custom ServiceNow solutions within client instancesParticipate in scoping sessions and propose solutions aligned with best practicesWork directly with clients to clarify requirements and deliver technical outcomesConduct code / development reviews and provide feedback to junior developersEnsure high-quality delivery in alignment with ServiceNow standards & best practicesProactively identify risks or inefficiencies in current processes, flows, or scriptsSupport documentation, deployment, upgrade and transition effortsAct as a subject matter expert in assigned modules or technical areasContribute to continuous improvement within the Committed Capacity teamWhat Sigital Offers:Remote FTEHealthcare Benefits/401K PlanWorking for a passionate ServiceNow Premier Partner
