Lead Remote Medical Support Assistant

Lead Remote Medical Support Assistant

Assign daily workloads

Monitor staff productivity & accuracy

Track KPIs and fix issues

Train and onboard staff

Handle personnel issues

Communicate with VA leadership

Ensure compliance (HIPAA, security, SOPs)

Deliver reports (weekly production, etc.)

The Lead Medical Support Assistant serves as the Contractor's on-site Program Manager responsible for workforce management, performance monitoring, quality assurance, training, and direct coordination with the Government. The Lead ensures all personnel meet required KPIs, compliance standards, and service delivery expectations
