Role Description The Escrow Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Seattle Area. This role is responsible for managing the escrow process from opening to closing, including preparing and reviewing closing documents, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations, and coordinating with buyers, sellers, lenders, and real estate agents. The Escrow Officer will balance and disburse funds, verify title and escrow instructions, and resolve issues that arise prior to closing. Day-to-day tasks include delivering clear communication to all parties, maintaining accurate records, and providing a professional, supportive closing experience in alignment with company standards and timelines. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong expertise in escrow operations, including Escrow and Closings. Candidates should possess skills related to document authentication and signing, including Notary responsibilities. Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service abilities and experience working directly with clients and partners. Candidates should possess familiarity with Residential Real Estate transactions and industry practices. Relevant state escrow or notary licensing (or eligibility to obtain) is preferred. Ability to interpret contracts and settlement statements, with strong attention to detail and accuracy. Proficiency with closing and title software systems and standard office productivity tools. Strong organizational, time-management, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple files and deadlines. Prior experience as an Escrow Officer, Escrow Assistant, or in a related real estate or title role is beneficial. #J-18808-Ljbffr
