Charleston Management is seeking a highly organized, customer-focused Community Manager to join our growing team. What You’ll Do 

• Act as liaison between the Board, committees, homeowners and vendors
• Oversee Association administration in accordance with Company policies/procedures, the 
• Management agreement, and the Association’s policies and procedures
• Perform/direct administrative/management duties as requested by the Board and in accordance with the Management agreement
• Attend, as contracted, Board and Membership meetings and prepare related documents
• Provide responsive, professional support to the Board, owners, vendors, and related partners
• Provide fiscal management via budget preparation, Reserve Study recommendations, coding/approval of invoices, review monthly financial reports and counsel Board as needed
• Perform regular site visits of Association property and areas under Association jurisdiction
• Enforce, via letters, as required and as allowed by the Covenants and North Carolina law, and as authorized and/or directed by the Board, the Association rules and regulations
• Oversee the physical aspects/maintenance that are the Association’s responsibility through work orders, bid collection, project oversight, and vendor interaction
