We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team. The Service Advisor will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients who require automotive maintenance and repair services. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients who require automotive maintenance and repair services
• Assist clients in scheduling appointments and provide accurate estimates for services
• Communicate with clients throughout the service process to keep them informed of progress and any changes to the estimate
• Ensure that all work is completed on time and to the highest quality standards
• Resolve any customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain accurate records of all service transactions and customer interactions
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure that all service operations run smoothly and efficiently

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a customer service or sales role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
