Pay Range: $4,000 - $8,000 per month

Position Overview

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our Ford service department. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact between customers and our technicians, helping customers understand their vehicles service needs and ensuring a smooth, professional experience from check-in through vehicle delivery. We are willing to train the right candidate who brings strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a commitment to excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers, listen to their concerns, and accurately document vehicle service needs.
• Prepare repair orders and clearly explain recommended maintenance and repairs.
• Communicate with technicians to monitor repair progress, timelines, and additional findings.
• Provide customers with timely status updates and obtain authorization for recommended work.
• Review completed repairs, explain invoices, and ensure a professional vehicle delivery experience.
• Schedule service appointments and follow up with customers as needed.
• Maintain accurate customer and vehicle records.
• Support department goals for customer satisfaction, quality, and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Comfort using computers and learning service-related software.
• Professional appearance and dependable work habits.
• Valid drivers license and an acceptable driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Experience

• Previous Ford dealership or Ford product experience is preferred but not required.
• Prior automotive service, parts, sales, or repair experience is preferred, but not necessary.
• Experience in hospitality, retail, call centers, or another customer-facing role is a plus.
• Training will be provided for a motivated candidate who is eager to learn.
