Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Current and active Speech Language Pathologist license
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
• Experience with or strong interest in working with elementary-aged children in a school-based setting
• Ability to adapt to varying caseload sizes and needs
• Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech and language therapy to elementary students, adapting methods to meet each student’s unique needs
• Assess, diagnose, and create individualized treatment plans in collaboration with school staff and families
• Document progress, maintain records, and participate in IEP meetings
• Work with other educators and professionals to implement effective interventions
• Stay updated on best practices in school speech and language pathology services

Key Details:

• Contract position, 37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday
• Start as soon as possible—this placement extends through November 30, 2027
• Caseload size to be determined, with all students in the elementary age range
