By helping them, we help ourselves and the MORE we help our clients, the better team, culture, and company we can build!Do you have a passion and a curiosity for learning?Are you looking for a more flexible and balanced career?Are you looking for a career that will provide you with exciting and varied professional growth opportunities?If so, Somich & Associates is the right fit for you!ResponsibilitiesResponsible for managing tax and accounting assignments.Deliver a high quality of services.Prepare and detail review Individual and Business Tax Returns.Outstanding accounting and tax skills; focus on high quality with attention to detail.Conduct tax research and provide effective solutions for clients and team members.Inform management and staff of developments in tax legislation.Provide timely, high-quality client service that exceeds client expectationsAssist in the preparation of technical memos and other client deliverablesAnticipate and address client concerns and escalate issues as they arise; identify performance improvement opportunitiesDevelop others through mentoring, training, and advising on career development or participating in other Firm initiativesSubscribe to and actively read industry publications and share relevant information with clients as considered applicableEnsure professional development through ongoing educationJob QualificationsBS/BA Degree in Accounting or equivalent degreeCPA is recommended3+ years of current or recent experience in a public accounting environmentExcellent team and project management skills
