Bilingual Production Supervisor Lead, Scheduling & Safety

TransPak is looking for a Production Supervisor in Goodyear, Arizona. You will be the main point of contact between production employees and management, responsible for supervising all production activities and forecasting staffing needs. The role demands effective communication skills and the ability to train and motivate employees while ensuring safety compliance.
