What You'll Be Doing: Lead and supervise hourly production employees on 2nd shift. Serve as the primary operations leader, making day‑to‑day decisions to keep production on schedule. Drive safety, quality, productivity, and on‑time delivery goals. Monitor production schedules and remove roadblocks to maximize throughput. Coach, mentor, and develop operators while holding the team accountable to performance expectations. Troubleshoot manufacturing issues and collaborate closely with Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, and Planning. Ensure standard work, quality procedures, and safety practices are consistently followed. Lead continuous improvement efforts focused on efficiency, scrap reduction, and productivity. Manage staffing, attendance, training, and shift communication to ensure smooth operations. What We're Looking For: Previous leadership experience in a manufacturing or production environment. Experience within machining, CNC, aerospace, precision manufacturing, or metal fabrication is highly preferred. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop employees.
