Contracts Manager

Responsibilities Review, draft, redline, negotiate, and manage a broad range of contracts and amendments. Partner with internal stakeholders to move agreements from intake through execution with speed and sound judgment. Identify contractual risks, recommend practical solutions, and escape non‑standard issues when needed. Manage multiple agreements simultaneously while maintaining quality, accuracy, and responsiveness. Support continuous improvement of contract processes, templates, and reporting. Use contract tools and workflows to maintain clean records, visibility, and follow‑through on obligations. Essential Requirements Bachelor’s and Juris Doctor degrees required. 4–5+ years of experience in business law with emphasis in contract drafting, negotiation, and review, or a related field. Experience reviewing, revising, negotiating, and summarizing commercial contracts, including customer and supplier agreements. Experience with contractual, indemnification, and insurance concepts, and with document tracking / contract lifecycle management systems. Benefits Flexible working hours. Permissive Paid Time Off. Hybrid work arrangement: part‑time at the specified company location and part‑time remotely from home. Compensation range: $95,000 - $105,000 CAD per year (Canada) or $100,000 - $110,000 USD per year (US). Eligible for bonus pay. Location & Travel Hybrid in one of the following locations: Loveland, CO; Glen Allen, VA; Wood Dale, IL; or London, ON (Canada). Some travel may be required.
