Duties and Responsibilities

Prepare monthly and annual financial statements for multiple entities

Maintain general ledger records and prepare detailed workpapers by conducting audits of accounts and financial transactions

Reconcile Job Cost records and prepare monthly reporting, maintain cost and budget variance reports and manage invoices

File monthly builders risk insurance reports

Assist in loan draw requests and preparation of budgets and reporting to lenders

Monthly bank reconciliations

Maintain asset and depreciation schedules

Assist with annual tenant reconciliation billings

Assist with other accounting tasks when team members are absent such as accounts receivable, accounts payable, cash management.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP)

Prefer work experience of 5 years or more in Accounting
