What You'll Do

• Evaluate and develop individualized care plans for surgical patients prior to and during procedures
• Assist in maintaining patient safety and adapting care as needed during surgeries
• Supervise OR team activities, coordinate schedules, and prepare necessary equipment and supplies
• Support anesthesia providers as required and monitor sterile fields
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, physicians, and multidisciplinary team members
• Participate in ongoing staff development through meetings, in-services, and continuing education opportunities

What You Need

• Valid Michigan RN license
• BLS certification
• At least 2 years of OR or perioperative nursing experience
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
