Facility: Breezy Hills Rehabilitation and Care Center
Location: Lakeland
Schedule: Part-Time | Saturdays & Sundays | 7:00 AM – 11:00 PM
Pay Rate: $36 - $42 per hour

Job Summary

Breezy Hills Rehabilitation and Care Center is seeking a dedicated and experienced RN/LPN Supervisor to lead our nursing team during weekend 12-hour shifts. In this leadership role, you will collaborate closely with the Director of Nursing (DON) and Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to ensure exceptional resident care, strong staff performance, and compliance with all facility policies and state and federal regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the DON and ADON to oversee daily nursing operations and ensure regulatory compliance.

• Supervise, mentor, and support nursing staff while promoting professionalism and accountability.

• Conduct routine rounds to monitor resident care, staff performance, and overall unit operations.

• Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to facility policies and procedures.

• Address resident, family, and staff concerns in a professional and timely manner.

• Promote teamwork, communication, and a positive workplace culture.

• Assist with facility surveys, inspections, audits, and quality improvement initiatives.

• Support clinical excellence and maintain high standards of resident-centered care.

Qualifications

• Active Florida RN or LPN license required (RN preferred).

• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in long-term care or skilled nursing.

• Prior supervisory or leadership experience strongly preferred.

• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently and make sound clinical decisions.

• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented approach to resident care.
