Warehouse Associate/ Record Center Specialist

Our client, a leader in logistics and records management, is seeking a Warehouse Associate/ Record Center Specialist to join their team. As a Warehouse Associate/ Record Center Specialist, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting the Material Handling and Inventory Management teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate resilience, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Warehouse Associate/ Record Center Specialist

Location: Canton Township, MI

Pay Range: $20

Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

What's the Job?

Perform physically demanding work including moving, organizing, loading, and unloading storage materials.
Handle items weighing between 10 and 100+ pounds manually and with material-handling equipment.
Process orders accurately using handheld scanners and inventory management systems.
Operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other equipment safely and efficiently.
Build, load, and shrink-wrap pallets for shipment and storage.

What's Needed?

Ability to lift and carry boxes weighing up to 100 pounds regularly without assistance.
Comfort working on concrete and uneven surfaces.
Proficiency in reading and writing in English.
Experience using handheld scanners and inventory systems is preferred but not required.
Must wear protective footwear meeting ASTM F2413-11 standards with slip-resistant soles.
