What You’ll Do- Set up and stock stations with all necessary ingredients and supplies
- Prepare food for service including chopping, prepping, portioning, and sauce preparation
- Cook menu items to exact chef specifications
- Work closely with the Executive Chef and Sous Chefs during service
- Ensure dishes are executed with speed, consistency, and quality
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation throughout shifts
- Properly store and rotate inventory
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and kitchen safety standards
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude with teammates and guests
- Previous cooking experience required, including line cook, prep cook, or restaurant kitchen experience
- Strong understanding of cooking techniques, ingredients, kitchen equipment, and procedures
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a high-volume environment
- Strong attention to detail and consistency
- Reliable, professional, and team-oriented mindset
- Ability to follow direction and communicate effectively
- Culinary school training is a plus, but not required
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Current Food Handler card
