We are looking for a  Clinic Concierge team member for  Austin's ONLY privately owned Urgent Care animal clinic, ASAP Vet.

We are seeking a friendly and engaging candidate, ready and willing to join a dynamic team and take their career in the veterinary field to new heights.

As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a critical role in making sure their experience with our hospital is positive and welcoming.

As a Client Concierge Rep, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including answering phones, scheduling appointments, greeting clients, and managing medical records. You will work closely with our veterinary staff to ensure that our clients receive the best possible care for their pets. The ideal candidate will have:

· A positive attitude and willingness to learn

· Ability to work effectively in a team environment

· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

· Exceptional communication and customer service skills

· Knowledge of veterinary medical terminology and procedures

· Experience working in a veterinary hospital or animal care setting (Required)
