Anaplan Model Builder

Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Anaplan Model Builder to join our team and support enterprise-wide planning, budgeting, and forecasting initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Anaplan model building and a solid understanding of business functions such as Finance, Sales, and Operations. This role is crucial for delivering scalable, efficient, and high-quality planning solutions. Key Responsibilities Build, maintain, and enhance Anaplan models to support business planning and forecasting needs. Lead or contribute to end-to-end Anaplan implementations in collaboration with cross-functional teams. Translate business requirements into Anaplan models, dashboards, and reports. Partner with stakeholders from Finance, Sales, and Operations to gather requirements and deliver effective planning solutions. Ensure data integrity and optimize model performance. Support ongoing model enhancements, troubleshooting, and training efforts. Collaborate with technical teams to integrate Anaplan with other systems such as SAP BPC, SAC, Oracle Hyperion, and Microsoft Dynamics. Apply project management or Agile methodologies to manage deliverables and timelines effectively. Must-Have Qualifications 2+ years of experience in Anaplan modeling or participation in end-to-end Anaplan implementations . Anaplan Certified Model Builder with L3 training completed . Solid understanding of forecasting processes across key business functions (Finance, Sales, Operations). Deep expertise in Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting (PB&F) . Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy. Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams. Preferred Skills (Nice to Have) Exposure to other EPM technologies such as SAP BPC, SAP SAC, Oracle Hyperion, Microsoft Dynamics. Project management certifications such as PMP or Prince2 or Agile certifications such as Scrum Master. Experience integrating Anaplan with ERP or data warehouse solutions.
