What You'll Do

• Provide neonatal care in Level II NICUs and newborn nurseries across four hospitals
• Attend deliveries (no transport responsibilities)
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including neonatologists, pediatricians, and advanced practice providers
• Function with high autonomy supported by in-house neonatologist coverage and on-call backup
• Participate in team meetings and quality improvement initiatives
• Maintain high standards of neonatal care aligned with organizational mission

What You Need

• Florida RN and APRN licensure, Neonatal Nurse Practitioner certification
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in neonatal or pediatric intensive care
• Strong clinical skills in neonatal assessment and interventions
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
