Join Our Dynamic Inpatient Rehab Team Job Description: - Location: Inpatient Rehab Unit - Address: 7700 Floyd Curl Dr, 3rd Floor, South Building - Number of Beds: 32 - Staff Overview: - About 29 therapists and 50 nursing staff (RN/LVN/PCTs) - Day Shift: 8 OTs, 8 PTs, 1 Rehab Aide, 7 Nurses, 3 PCTs, 1 UC - Night Shift: N/A - Patient Care: - Expecting 5/12-6 hours of treatment daily - Equipment Available: - H200/L300, BURT - EMR System: Meditech Ideal Candidate Profile: - Must-Have Skills: - Basic knowledge of inpatient rehab - Strong initiative and ability to work in a team - Preferred Skills: - Previous experience in inpatient rehab - MBSS experience (for SLP therapists) - Willingness to work on weekends (minimum of 2 per 4-week period) Typical Procedures: - Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) - Comprehensive evaluations - Standard inpatient rehab treatments Personality Fit: - Outgoing - Flexible - Knowledgeable Certifications Required: - Basic Life Support (BLS) Dress Code: - Black pants - Olive scrub top Weekly Commitment: - Minimum of 2 weekends per 4-week period required Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol): At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
