Join Our Dynamic Inpatient Rehab Team Job Description: - Unit Overview: - Number of Beds: 32 - Staff: Approximately 35 therapists and 50 nurses - Shift Details: - Day Shift: 8 OTs, 8 PTs, 1 Rehab Aide, 7 Nurses, 3 PCTs, 1 UC - Night Shift: Not Applicable - Patient Treatment: Expecting 5/12-6 hours of treatment daily - Equipment Utilized: H200/L300, BURT - EMR System: Meditech - Typical Hiring Profile: - Essential Skills: - Basic knowledge of inpatient rehab - Ability to work effectively within a team - Preferred Qualifications: - Previous experience in inpatient rehab - Willingness to work weekends (minimum of 2 per 4-week period) - Responsibilities: - Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) - Conduct evaluations - Implement typical inpatient rehab treatments - Ideal Personality Fit: - Outgoing and flexible - Knowledgeable and eager to learn - Required Certifications: - Basic Life Support (BLS) - Dress Code: - Black pants, olive scrub top - Weekend and On-Call Requirements: - Minimum of 2 weekends per 4-week period required Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol): At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
