Administrative Assistant
We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.
Job Duties
- Answering phones and providing customer service related to electrical products and inventory
- Setting up and maintaining job files for electrical projects
- Data entry, including inventory tracking, order processing, and customer information
- Ordering and maintaining office supplies
- General office duties, such as filing, scanning, and mail processing
- Assisting with purchasing and procurement of electrical supplies
- Keeping up with electrical product pricing and availability for reordering
- Maintaining knowledge of electrical products and industry terms to assist customers and staff effectively
Skills and Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well with the public and other staff members
- Knowledge of electrical products and industry terminology
- Experience with inventory management and purchasing is a plus
