Role Description The Client Services Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in the Salt Lake City Metropolitan Area, supporting financial advisors and clients with day-to-day account and service needs. This position manages client inquiries, prepares and processes account documents, schedules and confirms meetings, and maintains accurate records in firm and Raymond James systems. The role involves resolving service issues, coordinating with internal and external partners, and ensuring timely follow-up on all client requests. The Client Services Associate also assists with preparing reports and materials for client reviews, supports basic operational and compliance tasks, and contributes to a professional, client-focused office environment. Qualifications Strong client services and customer service skills, with a focus on responsiveness and relationship building. Experience in customer support and communication, including clear verbal and written interaction with clients and team members. Foundational knowledge of finance and interest in wealth management or financial planning. High attention to detail, accuracy in documentation, and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office or similar) and ability to learn financial platforms. Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment and maintain confidentiality with sensitive information. Previous experience in a financial services, banking, or professional services setting is preferred. Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr
