We are seeking a professional and motivated Automotive Service Advisor to join our team and help deliver the best service experience to our customers. Job Details Salary: Competitive compensation plan Job Type: Full Time Location: Hammond, LA 70403 Responsibilities Greet service customers promptly in a professional and courteous manner. Inspect vehicles and review service history to accurately identify and verify customer needs. Promote appropriate services, parts, and accessories by demonstrating thorough product knowledge. Provide accurate cost and time estimates for recommended services and obtain customer authorization. Monitor service progress and communicate any changes in costs, timelines, or services to customers for approval. Manage new and used vehicle warranty repairs in compliance with manufacturer guidelines. Confirm service appointments by phone prior to customer arrival and conduct post-repair follow-up. Inspect vehicles before delivery to ensure services and repairs are correctly completed and communicate results to customers. Comply with state and federal laws related to automobile repair and consumer protection. Consistently demonstrate behaviors aligned with the company’s values in all interactions. Work Hours This is a full-time, in-person position requiring reliable attendance during scheduled business hours. Why Join Us? Job Requirement: Minimum of two years’ experience as a service advisor. High school diploma or equivalent. Valid driver’s license for the state of employment and a good driving record. Positive attitude with a high-energy personality. Excellent customer service skills. Professional appearance and strong work ethic. Ability to work effectively in a process-driven environment. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
