We are so glad you are interested in joining Sutter Health!Organization:SMF-Sutter Med Foundation- CentralPosition Overview:Sutter Advanced Ortho & Sports Complex is a 120,000-square-foot destination-caliber complex with an integrated set of programs and services: ASC, imaging, same-day sports medicine, concussion, sports psychology, nutrition, PT, GME, research, and athletic training. Plans, executes, monitors, and evaluates the operations within the assigned geographic area, ensuring operational excellence that supports the organization's strategic focus on quality, service, and affordability that meets the overall strategic direction of Sutter Health. Is responsible for implementing and monitoring policies and procedures that ensure high-quality, efficient and compassionate patient care. Incumbent will work collaboratively with the geographic leadership team, service line leaders to promote planning, innovation, and problem solving to align back with enterprise strategy.
