Job Description:
As a Business/Change Management Analyst , you will support enterprise project and change management initiatives by coordinating project deliverables, managing documentation, tracking requests, and facilitating communication between business, technical, and vendor teams. This role requires strong analytical, organizational, and stakeholder management skills to ensure project activities, deliverables, and change management processes are executed efficiently and in alignment with program objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support project and change management activities throughout the project lifecycle.

• Process, track, and manage project deliverables, requests, and documentation in a timely manner.

• Maintain project databases, logs, status reports, and deliverable repositories.

• Coordinate with business stakeholders, subject matter experts, project teams, and vendors on project deliverables.

• Review and manage technical documentation such as design documents, test plans, and work plans.

• Monitor deliverable workflows and ensure items are routed to appropriate stakeholders for review and approval.

• Support operational and maintenance requests while ensuring compliance with established processes.

• Serve as a central point of contact for change management-related activities and communications.

• Prepare recurring and ad hoc project status reports and respond to stakeholder inquiries.

• Ensure project documentation is properly stored, maintained, version-controlled, and audit-ready.

Required Skills, Experiences, Education, and Competencies:

• Experience supporting large-scale IT projects, PMO functions, or change management initiatives.

• Strong understanding of project documentation, including design documents, test plans, work plans, and project deliverables.

• Experience managing project logs, documentation repositories, reporting, and tracking systems.

• Knowledge of project management methodologies, SDLC processes, and change management practices.

• Proven ability to coordinate activities across business, technical, and vendor teams.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.

• Experience producing status reports, project metrics, and executive communications.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong stakeholder relationship management capabilities.

• Experience working with enterprise technology programs, healthcare systems, government projects, or large vendor-supported environments is preferred.

The hourly range for roles of this nature are $45.00 to $80.00/hr. Rates are heavily dependent on skills, experience, location, and industry.
