We are a kitchen of two worlds. On one hand, we have a literal cult following for our Fired Chicken. We have regulars who have tattooed our sandwich on their bodies just to secure a Gold Member card for life. When the lunch rush hits, it’s high-octane, high-volume, and legendary.

The Role: Line Cook | Craft, Crunch, & Chaos

We are a kitchen of two worlds. On one hand, we have a literal cult following for our Fired Chicken. We have regulars who have tattooed our sandwich on their bodies just to secure a Gold Member card for life. When the lunch rush hits, it’s high-octane, high-volume, and legendary.

On the other hand, we are a disciplined scratch kitchen. We don't do "frozen." We work with farmers, obsess over the snap of a fresh radish, and rewrite our menu every single season to highlight what’s actually growing in the dirt right now.

We need a Line Cook who can execute both languages: the "crunch" of a high-volume, cult-classic sammie and the "craft" of seasonal, scratch-made components. Why This Isn't Your Average Line Cook Job

• The Seasonal Execution: Every three months, the game changes. You’ll be hands-on with new, hyper-seasonal ingredients, mastering new techniques and flavor profiles for every new menu cycle.
• Farm-to-Line: You aren't just plating; you’re handling ingredients directly sourced from our farmer partners and executing recipes that showcase their quality.
• High-Volume, High-Stakes: You’ll be operating at the speed required to serve a line that wraps around the block, delivering the consistent quality that earned us our "cult following."

Your Daily Hustle

• Precise Prep & Station Ownership: Mastering all station components, from scratch-made sauces to seasonal vegetable breakdown, ensuring mise-en-place is perfect for service.
• High-Volume Execution: Working the line during high-octane lunch and dinner rushes, dropping consistent, high-quality food at speed.
