Salary will be determined by the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. Estimated annual base pay: $85,000 - $110,000. All members included in annual cash bonus opportunity. 401(k) match (4.5%). Annual Woodward stock contribution (5%). Analyzing financial data and creating financial models to support strategic decision-making. Business Performance Analysis: Conducting analysis of key business performance metrics, including revenue, profit margins, and operating expenses. Providing insights and recommendations to senior management on business performance improvement opportunities. Financial Reporting: Preparing regular financial reports and dashboards to provide senior management with a clear understanding of the organization's financial performance. Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements. Investment Analysis: Evaluating investment opportunities, assessing risk, and making recommendations to senior management on potential investments. Stakeholder Management: Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, including senior management, investors, and external partners. Providing financial guidance and support to other departments within the organization. Key Skills Financial Analysis: Expertise in financial analysis and modeling, including the ability to analyze complex financial data and develop financial forecasts and budgets. Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically, analyze business trends, and develop insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making. Business Acumen: In-depth knowledge of the company's business, industry, and market trends, including a deep understanding of financial performance drivers. Technical Skills: Proficiency in financial software, Excel, and other analytical tools. Communication: Excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex financial information to non‑financial stakeholders. Leadership: Ability to lead and manage cross‑functional teams, including working with stakeholders across the organization. Problem Solving: Strong problem‑solving skills, including the ability to identify financial issues and recommend solutions. Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and accuracy, including the ability to identify errors and discrepancies in financial data.
