We are hiring at either one of our Brickell locations at Dolores but You can call me Lolita or Crazy About You restaurants.

The Restaurant Manager will oversee daily operations in a full-service dining environment, reporting to the General Manager and supporting a team of more than 50 employees.

Responsibilities

• Able to oversee and manage a successful, busy restaurant with more than 60 employees.
• Fast Pace and Problem solving according to business needs.
• Develop and manage staff schedules to support efficient restaurant operations.
• Supervise shifts and coordinate daily activities across the restaurant.
• Deliver Superior guest service and Maximize the guest experience.
• Supervise everyday employee duties.
• Implement and control company policies.
• Manage inventory and support effective cost control.
• Maintain food safety standards and procedures.
• Train and develop restaurant staff.
• Monitor employee performance and support performance management processes.

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant management experience.
• Looking for people with strong leadership skills, adaptable, and willing to learn.
• Available to work flexible hours: early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of restaurant operations, food safety, and inventory management.
• Experience with point-of-sale systems, staff scheduling, and budget management.
• Strong customer service, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills.
