A growing healthcare facility in York, PA, is seeking an experienced Pharmacist to support inpatient services. This contract opportunity offers a dynamic schedule and the chance to work within a large, 500-bed hospital equipped with modern healthcare technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify medication orders ensuring accuracy and patient safety
• Supervise pharmacy technicians to maintain smooth workflow and compliance
• Consult with physicians to optimize pharmacotherapy plans
• Manage pharmacokinetics and contribute to clinical decision-making

Qualifications:

• Active Pennsylvania pharmacist license
• Approximately 2 years of inpatient pharmacy experience preferred
• Familiarity with EPIC and Pyxis systems is highly desirable
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Schedule:

• Variable days and afternoon shifts, providing flexibility
• Immediate start available
• Contract duration: 13 weeks with potential for extension
