Contract-to-Hire Traveling IT Systems Administrator

Join a growing healthcare company as an IT Systems Administrator in a 6-month contract-to-hire role based out of Dallas, Texas. This is a true jack-of-all-trades position for a technically versatile professional who thrives in a hands-on, fast-moving environment. You'll travel to healthcare offices across the United States — up to 75% travel required — helping set up and support infrastructure including VoIP systems, Fortinet networking equipment, and Windows-based systems. Compensation is $40–$45/hr on contract, converting to an $80,000–$90,000 salary upon hire. Must be authorized to work in the US. This is an exceptional opportunity for an IT professional who enjoys variety and doesn't want to be tied to a desk. No two weeks look the same — you could be racking and stacking Fortinet equipment at a clinic in one city, configuring VPNs and DNS at another location the next week, and handling help desk escalations and system administration in between. The travel-heavy nature of this role gives you exposure to a wide range of environments and infrastructure setups that most IT roles simply can't offer, accelerating your technical breadth at a rapid pace.
