A great school district in the Kyle, Texas area is now looking to hire multiple Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for the 2026–2027 school year. Hays CISD currently has three full-time, onsite SLP openings supporting students across K–12.
The district is seeking qualified SLPs who are comfortable working in a school-based setting and collaborating with students, families, teachers, and other members of the educational team. Specific caseload sizes, grade-level assignments, and school-site details will be discussed directly during the interview.

· Provide speech and language evaluations, assessments, and direct therapy services for students.
· Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs.
· Provide individual, group, and consultative speech-language services as appropriate.
· Support students with articulation, language, fluency, communication, and related needs.
· Develop and monitor appropriate IEP goals.
· Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with members of the educational team.
· Maintain accurate therapy documentation, progress reports, and student records.
· Collaborate with teachers, families, administrators, and other school-based professionals.
· Support students across K–12 based on the district’s assignment needs.

· Previous school-based or pediatric Speech-Language Pathology experience preferred.
· Experience supporting K–12 students is preferred.
· Candidates should be comfortable working onsite within a school district environment.

· Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
· Active Texas Speech-Language Pathologist license required.
· Must meet all applicable state and school district requirements for SLP practice.
