Role: Supply Chain / Logistics SME (Carrier Onboarding & Transition Lead) Location: Nashville, TN 37214 Duration: 6 Months (can extend) 100% On-Site Role Objective Lead carrier onboarding, migration planning, and execution readiness Key Responsibilities Carrier Onboarding Strategy Segmentation (LTL, TL, Parcel) Wave planning and prioritization Establish onboarding readiness criteria (data, connectivity, processes) Carrier Migration & Transition Plan migration from 4PL to insourced model Define transition roadmap and sequencing Align onboarding with contract migration and go-live plans Carrier Engagement & Execution Readiness Work with carriers on data readiness Connectivity (e.g., BN4L inputs) Testing and onboarding validation Identify and mitigate carrier-related risks and dependencies Cross-functional Coordination Align with Procurement (for contracts) Align with IT/SAP TM teams (for connectivity/testing) Align with Business teams (for execution readiness) Align with Risk Management Highlight Critical Path & Risks Critical path dependencies Carrier readiness gaps Transition risks impacting go-live Deployment Support Support onboarding execution tracking Ensure alignment between carrier onboarding, operational readiness, and go-live timelines #J-18808-Ljbffr VOLTO Consulting
