Qualified Medication Aide (QMA)

Position: Qualified Medication Aide - Avalon Senior Living Schedule: PRN, 12-hour shifts Location: Indianapolis, IN 46237 At Avalon Senior Living we are committed to providing compassionate, high-quality care that enriches the lives of our residents. We are looking for a Qualified Medication Aide to assist in administering medications and support our residents in the memory care unit. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to safety, excellent communication skills, and a compassionate approach to caregiving. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Maintain accurate medication records and ensure proper documentation Monitor and document patient vital signs, symptoms, and responses to treatments Adhere to all regulatory and compliance guidelines Take amazing care of our residents Work Experience: Certified Qualified Medication Aide CPR certification Previous experience in memory care or a similar setting preferred Strong understanding of medication administration procedures and protocols Ability to work effectively in a team environment What We Offer: We offer On-Demand Pay so you can access wages you’ve already earned between paydays.
