SGF Global is looking for a driven and experienced Plant Manager to lead ready-mix operations in the Northern area. This is a great opportunity for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about operational excellence and team performance.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead daily plant operations and drive efficiency across production
- Maximize productivity of mixer drivers and plant personnel
- Analyze production reports to identify areas for improvement
- Train and develop batchers and drivers
- Oversee inventory and raw material management
- Ensure compliance with operational procedures and safety standards
- Monitor team performance and foster a strong work environment
- Collaborate with dispatch, maintenance, and safety teams
- Maintain clean, safe, and well-functioning facilities
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong leadership and team management experience
- Bilingual Spanish/English
- Problem-solver with a proactive mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Flexible schedule availability
- Strong decision-making and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience operating loaders and batching equipment
