Human Resources Specialist

SAGE Integration Holdings, LLC is hiring a Human Resources Specialist to support essential day-to-day HR operations from our Marietta, GA location. In this onsite role, you will help ensure recruiting, onboarding, employee records, benefits, and payroll support run accurately, efficiently, and in line with company policy and applicable employment regulations. The Human Resources Specialist partners with internal teams and external resources to keep HR processes organized and compliant, while also being a responsive point of contact for routine employee questions. You will handle sensitive employee and company information with strict confidentiality throughout every stage of the employee lifecycle. Key responsibilities Coordinate recruiting activities, including job postings, applicant tracking, interview scheduling, and candidate communications. Work with external recruitment agencies when needed. Support new hire onboarding, orientation, and employee documentation. Process employee status changes, maintain personnel files, and ensure HR records remain accurate and up to date. Assist with benefits administration, including enrollments, changes, and employee inquiries. Support payroll processing by collecting, reviewing, and submitting employee information and timekeeping data. Maintain HRIS records and generate standard reports as requested. Coordinate employee recognition programs, charitable initiatives, wellness activities, and company events. Assist with compliance requirements, record retention, and required employment documentation. Respond to routine employee questions regarding policies, benefits, and HR procedures. Support training and development initiatives through scheduling, tracking, and administrative coordination. Maintain strict confidentiality of employee and company information. Perform other HR-related duties and special projects as assigned. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. 2-4 years of Human Resources, recruiting, payroll, benefits, or similar experience preferred. HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP, or similar) is a plus. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and Outlook. Experience with HRIS systems preferred; ADP is a plus. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
