Make a switch in your career! As a Manufacturing Associate with TRMI, you will assemble and produce high-quality automotive switch components. You will work to exceed customer expectations of quality and timely delivery. If you are self-motivated and able to multi-task efficiently, let’s chat!
Let’s chat about the Manufacturing Associate role if you:
- Can read written instructions and effectively communicate
- Have basic knowledge of solder processes
- Are able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Can troubleshoot common machine errors
- Have sufficient visual acuity to accurately perform product inspections
- Have a high school diploma or G.E.D
- Must be able to read, write and speak English
- Have adequate manual dexterity and rotary movement in wrists and elbows in order to perform proper work cycles
We offer our Manufacturing Associates:
- A pay rate of $18.00/hour with a $1/hr off shift premium
- Opportunities on 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift
- 8 - 12 hour workdays
- A climate-controlled and extremely clean working environment

- A $100 bonus when you refer a friend to WSI
