Clinical Service Representative I Location: Main Campus (Gainesville, FL) Employment Type: Full Time Expected Salary: $16.25-$18.00; commensurate with education and experience. Responsibilities Answer intake/referral phone line, route calls to appropriate team members, schedule patient appointments in the scheduling system, and assist in contacting patients and physicians with appointment details. Retrieve and distribute fax information, review in-house referrals via EPIC, verify completion, and request additional information when required. Assist with generating medical record numbers for new patients and verify patient insurance coverage, co-pays, deductibles, and provider participation. File pending referrals in alpha sequence. Qualifications Required: High school diploma or equivalent. Preferred: Customer service experience; knowledge of phone etiquette; Epic experience; knowledge of medical terminology; demonstrated organizational skills.
