Western Mercantile Agency, Inc. is seeking a professional and dependable Clerical Support team member. Qualifications: Minimum of one year of office experience Strong customer service and communication skills Proficiency in touch-typing and multi-line phone systems General computer proficiency and ability to learn new systems quickly Employer Expectations: The ideal candidate is highly motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced collections office environment. Applicants should demonstrate initiative, adaptability, and the ability to work independently after training. Primary Responsibilities (following training): Answering and directing calls using a multi-line phone system Utilizing computer systems for a variety of clerical tasks Processing incoming and outgoing mail Scanning and maintaining electronic documents Accepting payments and issuing receipts to consumers Assisting with account-related tasks as assigned Schedule: Full-time position, 40 hours per week Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Compensation: Starting pay is $16.62 per hour, with eligibility for a wage increase following the probationary period. #J-18808-Ljbffr Western Mercantile Agency, Inc
