Come grow with us and make a difference every day.What You'll DoAccounts Payable & Vendor ManagementManage the end-to-end Accounts Payable process, including gathering invoices, data entry, general ledger coding, and payment processingMaintain vendor records, including W-9 forms, tax-exempt status, and address updates; respond to vendor inquiriesProcess employee travel and expense vouchersReconciliations & BalancingPerform daily balancing of cash letters, share drafts, Visa, and general ledger accountsManage ACH exceptionsPerform assigned general ledger reconciliationsAccounting OperationsProcess month-end activities, including recurring journal entries and general accrualsSupport accurate financial reporting by maintaining organized and timely accounting recordsPerform other duties as assignedWhat You BringHigh school diploma or GED requiredMinimum of 4 years of job-related accounting experience or a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related fieldInternal candidates who meet the minimum years-of-experience requirement may be considered in lieu of other listed qualificationsStrong attention to detail and commitment to accuracyAbility to manage responsibilities independently in a fast-paced environmentEffective verbal and written communication skillsStrong organizational and time-management skillsExperience with Microsoft Office Products (Word, Teams, Excel, etc.)Preferred ExperiencePrevious experience in a credit union or financial institutionWhy You'll Love Working HereWe're more than a credit union — we're a communitySupportive culture with opportunities for growth and developmentMission-driven organization rooted in respect, empathy, service, integrity, and cooperationOpportunity to contribute to the financial operations that support our members and employeesAdditional RequirementsGood credit standing (verified prior to interview)Successful background check and drug screening upon offerEqual Opportunity EmployerWe celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.Requirements:
