Rehab Aide – Full-Time

Stamford, CT
$16.50/hour

Post Rehab is seeking a Rehab Aide to join our rehabilitation department. This role supports the daily operations of the therapy team while helping provide a welcoming and organized environment for residents receiving rehabilitation services.

Position Responsibilities:

• Prepare therapy treatment areas and equipment for daily resident care
• Transport residents safely to and from therapy sessions
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the rehabilitation department
• Assist therapists with non-clinical support tasks and department workflow
• Organize, stock, and monitor therapy supplies and equipment
• Assist with scheduling, filing, and other administrative responsibilities as needed
• Help create a positive experience for residents participating in therapy programs

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Interest in healthcare, rehabilitation, or patient services preferred
• Previous healthcare experience is a plus but not required
