Shipping & Receiving Coordinator

Screenplay Shirts – Vineyard, Utah Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM | $18.00/hour Screenplay Shirts is looking for an experienced, dependable Shipping & Receiving Coordinator to join our team in Vineyard. This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys staying busy, keeping things organized, working with both people and products, and taking ownership of their area. We're looking for someone interested in stable, long-term employment and becoming an important part of our team. Previous shipping/receiving experience and forklift experience are strongly preferred. What You'll Do Our Shipping & Receiving Coordinator helps keep products moving efficiently into and out of our production facility. Responsibilities include: Receive and verify incoming apparel and other products Enter received products accurately into our computer system Organize incoming orders for our production teams Load and unload deliveries Safely operate a forklift Prepare, package, and ship completed customer orders Create shipping labels and process outgoing shipments Keep the shipping and receiving areas clean and organized Manage our Will Call area and assist customers picking up orders Work closely with our production and office teams to keep orders moving accurately and on time Help identify and resolve shipping or receiving discrepancies What We're Looking For Our ideal candidate has: 2+ years of shipping, receiving, warehouse, or related experience Previous forklift experience Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new software Ability to speak, read, and write English Good communication and customer-service skills Ability to stand, bend, move, and lift throughout the workday A positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic Reliable transportation to and from work A desire for long-term employment - we're looking for someone who wants to stay and grow with us Must be at least 18 years old Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening Pay & Benefits Starting Pay: $18.00 per hour Screenplay offers: Full-time, consistent hours Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM No weekends Health insurance Paid time off Paid holidays Employee discounts Stable, year-round employment Opportunities to learn and grow within the company Location Screenplay Shirts is located in Vineyard, Utah , conveniently located near Orem and Lindon, just off the 1600 North Lindon exit near Harley-Davidson .
