Overview JCW is working with a fast‑growing manufacturing company in the greater Kansas City area that is looking for an EHS Expert to join their team. The site is expanding rapidly and has strong visibility with senior leadership, so they’re seeking someone with real, hands‑on experience to help lead both the Safety and Environmental programs. Responsibilities Develop, implement, and maintain EHS procedures and programs. Conduct audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations. Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations. Qualifications 5+ years of HSE experience in a manufacturing environment (preferably pharmaceutical). Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and/or other regulatory requirements. Experience with ISO 45001, ISO 14001, or similar management systems.
