Responsibilities Create an easy, inspiring and friendly guest experience by delivering on the following commitments: greet guests friendly, help them find what they need, ensure a smooth shopping experience, end every transaction with a sincere thank you; actively support team efforts and assist peers with a positive attitude; adjust to business and guest needs. Work with HR leaders to anticipate and address talent and staffing needs for each area of the business, ensuring the right mix of experience and skill to deliver on the in‑store and digital shopping experiences. Lead focused recruiting efforts to help store leaders find and hire candidates. Support team member and leader training needs and advocate for continuous learning. Be an expert resource for scheduling systems and pay practices. Be approachable and available by listening to team members and collaborating with appropriate leaders to take action as needed. Deliver on all Human Resources processes and programs to maximize team member engagement and minimize business disruption. Support leaders in following company compliance policies that mitigate risk to the team member experience. Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety and compliance. Work in a safe manner at all times; comply with all safety policies, best practices, and training; report hazards and correct where possible. All other duties based on business needs. Qualifications You enjoy interacting and helping others—including guests who shop in our store and fellow team members you work with. You thrive in a fast‑moving, highly active and physically demanding role, where teamwork, flexibility, and creative problem solving are key. You are open to working a flexible schedule with varying hours, days or shifts (including nights, weekends, holidays and other peak shopping times). Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and team members. Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners and other technology equipment as directed. Work both independently and with a team. Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot. Attention to detail and ability to follow multi‑step processes. Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast‑paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes. Accurately handle cash register operations as needed. Frequently lift or move merchandise up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 44 pounds without additional assistance. Capable of working in and exposure to varying temperatures, humidity, and other elements while performing certain job duties including but not limited to Drive‑Up, carry‑out, etc. Ability to remain mobile for the duration of a scheduled shift (shift length may vary). Flexible work schedule (e.g., nights, weekends, and holidays); come to work when scheduled, work scheduled shifts and take required meal and rest breaks.
