Rare Disease Hemophilia Account Specialist - Atlanta

Field-based specialty sales role focused on growing Pfizer's hemophilia portfolio through strategic engagement with hemophilia treatment centers, hematologists, and key opinion leaders. The position involves in-person customer interactions, disease education delivery, and coordination of patient access and care pathways across assigned territories in Georgia and Florida.

Responsibilities

• Drive in-person customer engagement and sales performance across hemophilia treatment centers and hematologist accounts
• Build compliant relationships with hemophilia specialists and multidisciplinary care teams to execute promotional strategies
• Deliver approved product and disease-state messaging to support appropriate hemophilia treatment decisions
• Support patient access by navigating prior authorization, reimbursement, and co-pay assistance resources
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify growth opportunities and remove access barriers

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or associate's degree with 8+ years work experience or high school diploma with 10+ years experience
• Minimum 3 years pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device sales, marketing, or aligned healthcare provider experience
• Valid US driver's license with compliant driving record; no DUI/DWI within past 7 years
• Ability to travel within territory and reside at workable distance from assigned accounts
• Specialty sales experience in hemophilia preferred
• Understanding of complex disease states, biologics, and specialty reimbursement
• Proficiency with digital engagement tools and hybrid selling models

Compensation: $108,600 - $250,700 base salary plus sales incentive bonus
