Overview Job Number: R0244694 We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our project management team. In this role, you will be responsible for capturing and documenting business requirements, leading scrum teams through agile delivery cycles, preparing and presenting management reports, and engaging with product owners to ensure alignment of project goals. You Have 3+ years of experience as a business analyst in a project-driven environment 2+ years of experience utilizing Jira to track work for a team 2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master Experience gathering and documenting technical and business requirements Experience as the Scrum Master of a development team Experience leading client delivery engagements and working with senior-level client management Experience teaching technical teams the basic Agile framework concepts Top Secret clearance HS diploma or GED Nice If You Have Experience in management reporting, including proficiency with reporting tools and dashboards Ability to engage effectively with product owners and stakeholders at all levels Possession of excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Agile or Scrum Methodologies Certification (e.g., Certified Scrum Master) or equivalent Clearance Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
