As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a retail location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $17.00 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeThur05:30 PM - 11:30 PM Fri05:30 PM - 11:30 PM Sat05:30 PM - 11:30 PM Sun05:30 PM - 11:30 PM What You\'ll Do: Provide customer service to clients, shoppers, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the retail location, including sales areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations, to help deter unauthorized activity. Monitor access points and observe activity for unusual conditions, reporting security-related concerns according to site procedures. Document incidents, observations, and patrol activities accurately and communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision. Minimum Requirements: A Guard Card/License is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
